Enterprise. Beyond each Adventure's own settings there's a platform-wide console, Sys Config, that shapes how BLUERABBIT looks and behaves across every Adventure on your platform. Only platform administrators (the God and Admin access levels) can open it; a GM running one Adventure never sees it.
Sys Config is one long page with a sticky row of section buttons along the top. Here's what each section is for.
General and Profile
Platform defaults and rules: whether registration is open, restricting sign-up to one email domain, the default Adventure new accounts land in, the default support email, whether accounts may create Adventures (from scratch and from a template), whether an Adventure may have several GMs, public Adventures, the default theme, and the Default Journey View (whether a player's first visit opens the Journey as a Map or a List). Profile holds the default language and whether players see the Anonymize Me privacy button.
Custom Labels: White-Labeling Your Instance
Rename every player-facing section platform-wide: Journey, Item Shop, Backpack, Tabis, Guilds, Garden, Tasks, Journal, Leaderboard, Posts, Resources, Secrets and Clues, Schedule, Speakers, Wall, Achievements and the Magic Code button. The new names are used across the menus and pages. Combined with per-Adventure currency names (see Customizing Currencies, Ranks & Rewards), this is how BLUERABBIT ends up speaking your organization's vocabulary instead of ours.

The main logo, the login screen's logo and background, the favicon, the default background, and a default background for each section (Journey, Item Shop, Backpack, Guilds, Schedule, Posts, Resources, Wall, Leaderboard, Journal). Every Adventure uses these unless it sets its own (see Customizing Your Taskbar & Adventure Branding).
Features and Plans
Features manages the catalogue of features available to plans. Plans lists every plan with how many accounts are on it, each plan's storage allowance, and the default plan each kind of account gets. See How Plan Tiers Actually Differ.
The email service, the sender name and address, and the logo and colours used in the app's emails.
Security and SSO
Human verification on login, registration and password reset, upload size limits, SVG handling, and login rate limits, plus Single Sign-On with Microsoft Entra ID. These have their own page: Security & Single Sign-On.
Cooper
The master switch for Cooper, the in-app AI assistant, across every Adventure, the platform's API key, and the model Cooper runs on. Character sets the platform default for who Cooper is: a name, a picture, a button icon, a greeting and a personality. Each Adventure can override the character on its own Cooper tab. A personality changes the voice, never the rules: whatever it's called, the assistant still won't hand out answers.
Billing

Organizations
The list of Organizations on the platform, with New Organization and an Edit button for each. See Organizations.
Stored Settings
A housekeeping report. It lists settings stored in the database that no screen uses any more (usually left behind by a retired feature), with where each one lives and why it's there. On a clean platform it simply says everything matches.
Who Can Access This
Sys Config is restricted to platform administrators on purpose. If you're an Enterprise customer and don't have access yet, that's a setup step for your account, not something missing from the product. Access levels are managed in User Management.
