What personal data we collect and why we collect it
The data BLUErabbit collects is:
Email *
Nickname *
First Name, Last Name, Profile Picture, Gender and Birthdate.
Only Email and Nickname are required for the system to work.
Other fields found in registration are optional. We don’t need your real name for you to use the site and we recommend not to use a personal photo if you are concerned with personal data. You can find cool avatar images in many websites for free.
BLUErabbit requires an email to create each player account and prevent multiple registrations of the same person.
First and Last name are used to identify such person as our platform always require live interaction between (but not limited to) the organizers of an event or the teacher of a classroom.
When visitors leave comments or upload pictures (answering quests) on the site we use their registered data to connect the information with the player in order to assign points for the player to progress through the system.
BLUErabbit is a WordPress based platform. By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should note that any inappropriate content will be immediately deleted and the account responsible suspended and reported to the authorities.
BLUErabbit content is not accessible without a proper registration to the site and players can’t see data between them unless manually shared (a.k.a. copying and pasting the URL of an image).
Game Masters will have access to all information uploaded by the players to their classes/events. They cannot edit the content but are able to read it.
