Organizations: Managing Multiple Adventures at Scale (Enterprise)

Enterprise. An Organization groups several Adventures under one account — built for a customer running more than one cohort, program, or department, who wants one place to see and manage all of it rather than jumping between separate Adventures.

Setting Up Your Organization

General settings cover your Organization's name, logo, brand color, and an About section. From there, everything else in this doc happens under three more tabs.

Players

A live search-and-add tool for building your Organization's player roster, plus CSV bulk import for larger lists. The fastest option if you're consolidating an existing Adventure into your Organization is Bulk Add from Adventure — it copies an entire Adventure's roster (players, GMs, NPCs, and the owner) into the Organization in one action, rather than re-adding everyone by hand.

Adventures

Search for and attach existing Adventures to your Organization, complete with their enrollment links — this is how multiple separately-built Adventures end up under one umbrella view.

Stats — Cross-Adventure Analytics

This is the real payoff of Organizations: analytics that span every attached Adventure at once, not just one at a time. Unique players and Adventure counts org-wide; a breakdown table you can segment by any Player Meta field (Business Pillar, Country, whatever you've configured — see Managing Your Player Roster); an overall Engagement gauge and a five-factor Engagement breakdown; per-Adventure engagement and progress comparisons side by side; a date-ranged Daily Active Users chart; and a workforce demographics view. If you're reporting up to leadership on a multi-department rollout, this is the view built for that conversation.
