Enterprise. User Management is the platform administrator's view of every account on the platform: who they are, what they can do, what they're paying for, and which Adventures they're in. Only God and Admin accounts can open it.
Access Levels vs Adventure Roles
These are two different things, and mixing them up is the most common source of "I gave them access and nothing happened":
- An access level is account-wide and set here. It decides what someone can do on the platform as a whole.
- An Adventure role (player, GM or NPC) is per Adventure, set on that Adventure's Manage Players screen. It decides what someone can do inside that one Adventure. See Enrolling Players & Assigning Roles.
The access levels are:
- God: full platform-wide access, including Sys Config and this page.
- Admin: the same platform-wide powers as God.
- Staff: no platform-wide powers, but can be chosen as an Adventure's owner.
- Player: the standard account. Everything it can reach comes from the Adventures it's enrolled in.
There is also a legacy NPC tier with no platform-wide powers, kept for older accounts.
Finding Accounts
The list is paged and searchable by email, nickname, name or account number. Filter by access level (each chip shows a live count), status and plan, plus a billing filter: has a Stripe customer, a subscription state (active, trialing, past due, canceled) or never subscribed. Sorting and paging keep your filters. Export CSV downloads exactly what the current filters show.
Editing an Account
Click an account to open its drawer. From there you can:
- Change the account's access level and status (active or suspended).
- Override its plan, and see its storage meter.
- Set a password directly.
- See every subscription the account has had, and its Stripe invoice history with links to each invoice.
- See its role and standing in each Adventure, with a link to that Adventure's own Manage Players screen, and its recent in-game transactions.
Changes Take Effect Immediately
A promotion or a suspension applies on the person's next page load. They don't need to log out and back in, and a suspended account's open session ends on its next click.
Safety Rails
- Only a God can grant or remove God.
- Nobody can change their own access level or status, so you can't lock yourself out of the screen that would undo it. Ask another administrator.
- The last active God or Admin can't be demoted or suspended by anyone.
