Billing & Plans

Billing lives entirely inside the app. This website never takes payment; it only points you to the app.

Plans at a Glance

Moving from Basic to Pro raises all three caps; Enterprise removes them. See the Pricing page for the full comparison.

Storage

Storage is the one limit the app enforces today. It counts every file an account uploads, across every Adventure: images, video and audio in the Media Manager (badges, backgrounds, profile pictures, pictures in rich text, submissions) plus SCORM packages. CSV imports and the QR codes the app generates don't count.

Upgrading and Your Pro Trial

Plans are on the Subscription & Billing page in the app. Each plan card has a Monthly / Yearly switch and a Subscribe button that takes you to a secure Stripe checkout. Your current plan is marked Your current plan.

First-time Pro subscribers get a 30-day free trial. There's no charge until it ends, and the page shows the date it does. You'll also get an email about three days before the trial converts into its first real charge, so nothing converts silently.

Managing Your Subscription

The Manage billing button on Subscription & Billing opens Stripe's billing portal, where you change or cancel your plan and update your card. The page also shows your subscription's status: Free trial, Active, Payment overdue or Cancelled. Changing plans doesn't touch your existing Adventures or player data.

Not sure which plan an account is on? The Billing panel of My Account names it.

Billing History

The Billing panel of My Account carries a Billing History table: every payment with its date, amount and status, plus links to view the invoice or download it as a PDF. Those are Stripe's own hosted invoices, so they're the real documents your finance team needs.

This is separate from the Transactions panel, which is in-game BLOO and item purchases inside Adventures. One is real money, the other isn't, and they're deliberately kept apart.

History is recorded from the point the feature went live, so older payments may not be listed. Ask us if you need an older invoice.

When a Payment Fails

If a card is declined, we email you rather than leaving you to discover it, and Subscription & Billing shows the subscription as Payment overdue until it's sorted. Refunds issued by our team appear in your Billing History automatically.
