Export your course from its authoring tool as a SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 package (a single .zip file).
Add a new step inside a milestone and set its type to SCORM.
Upload the exported .zip — it's extracted and embedded automatically.
Set the step's reward (XP/BLOO/EP/item) the same as you would any other step.
Preview the step yourself before publishing — SCORM packages can vary in how reliably they report completion, so a manual click-through once is worth it.
