What's a Template Adventure?
Any Adventure can be marked as a template. A template isn't meant to be run directly — it exists so you can spin off child Adventures that inherit its milestones, steps, and rewards, ready to run for a specific group.
Spinning Off a Child Adventure
Create a child from a template and you get an independent copy of the Journey Map, editable without touching the original — update the template later and future children can pick up those changes, while already-running cohorts stay as they were.
When to Use This
This is built for anything that repeats: a new-hire onboarding class every month, a recurring bootcamp cohort, a training program run separately per department. Build the content once, then launch a fresh, isolated instance every time you need one — instead of rebuilding or copy-pasting an Adventure by hand.
