Managing Your Player Roster

Companion to Enrolling Players & Assigning Roles — this covers the day-to-day tools for managing a roster once people are already in.

The Enrolled Players Tab

A searchable, filterable table of everyone in the Adventure — filter by role (Player/GM/NPC), switch someone's role inline without re-inviting them, remove a player entirely, or trigger a password reset for them directly (see below).

Adding Players

Add people one at a time, or bulk-import via CSV. The CSV import expects an Email column (the only required one) plus optional Nickname, Password, First/Last Name, Language, and a Guild column — if the Guild named in a row doesn't exist yet, it's created automatically rather than failing the import. Nine additional workforce-metadata columns (see Player Meta below) can ride along in the same file.

Resetting a Player's Password

If your organization allows it, GMs (and NPCs, who have the same read access as a GM) can reset any enrolled player's password directly from this tab — you'll be asked to re-enter your own password first, as a safeguard against someone walking up to an unlocked session and resetting accounts. If you don't see this option, your organization has this feature turned off; ask your platform admin.

Player Meta Manager

For organizations tracking workforce data alongside gameplay — Department, Region, Job Title, Business Pillar, Cluster, whatever fields matter to you — the Player Meta Manager lets you bulk-edit these per player via CSV upload-with-preview, or edit rows inline. Export the full list back out as CSV any time, which is also the easiest way to build a segmented report outside the platform (in a spreadsheet tool, for instance).
