Item Shop & Backpack

The Item Shop is where BLOO gets spent. Everything you buy, or pick up along the journey, lands in your Backpack. Both share a tab bar with the Tabis page, where chapter collages are pieced together.

Item Types

Buying

Each card shows the item's level, its price and how many are left (or ∞). The button tells you whether you can buy it:

Not every item is offered to everyone: some only appear for players on a particular path.

Pressing Buy asks you to confirm the price first ("Buy Health Potion for 50 BLOO?"). Confirm, and a celebration panel opens saying the item was added to your Backpack, with a button to go straight there.

Gift cards work the same way, with two differences. The confirmation warns you that a real gift card will be sent to your account email, and that the purchase can't be undone. Afterwards, the panel tells you a second email is on its way from the rewards partner with the card itself, and that it can take a few minutes to arrive.

The shop never sells on credit. If you can't afford something you'll see "Not enough funds", and that holds even when an encounter has already left you below zero. Two players can't both grab the last one in stock, either: whoever's purchase lands second is told there are none left.

Your Backpack

Everything you own, grouped into Consumables, Key Items, Tabi pieces (under each Tabi's name) and Rewards, with a count of how many of each you hold.

Items reach your Backpack in three ways: you buy them, a milestone awards one when you finish it, or you pick one up on a Find Item step. Your Game Master can also buy an item for you, paid from your own BLOO.

Consumables have a Use button. It asks you to confirm, then marks the item as redeemed and it leaves your Backpack. Nothing is ever used automatically. If you use one by mistake, ask your Game Master: only staff can return a used item to your Backpack.

Keys, Tabi pieces and Rewards have no button. You hold them; you don't spend them.

The Tabis Page

Each Tabi with collectible pieces has its own board. Pieces you hold are shown in full colour and the rest stay greyed out, so you can see the shape of what's missing. Click a piece to see who collected it and when.
