Getting Help: Support Requests & Live Chat

Stuck, or found something that looks broken? Two separate ways to get help, depending on what you need.

Contact Admin (My Requests)

The "Contact Admin" form (in the footer, on most pages) sends a subject and message straight to your Adventure's GM as a trackable request — not a live chat, more like a support ticket. Check My Requests to see everything you've sent and its status: Pending, Resolved, or Dismissed. Good for anything specific to your Adventure — a grading question, a technical issue, a request to be moved to a different Guild.

Cooper — Live AI Chat

Some Adventures have Cooper, an AI chat assistant, available as a button in the taskbar. It opens a chat panel for quick questions without waiting on a human reply — handy for "how do I..." questions you'd rather not write a full support ticket for. Not every Adventure has this enabled; if you don't see the button, your GM hasn't turned it on for this one.

Guided Tours

The first time you visit the Journey Map, a Milestone, or a Challenge, a short guided walkthrough may pop up automatically to orient you. If you skipped it and want it back, look for a "Start Tutorial" option in the header on those pages.
