Not every part of an Adventure needs to be a milestone. The Schedule is a separate, purely informational layer for anything time-and-place based — live sessions, who's speaking, who's sponsoring — sitting alongside the Journey Map rather than gating progress on it.
Sessions
A session is a scheduled block — a workshop, a live Q&A, an orientation walkthrough — with a title, a time, and (for in-person or hybrid programs) a room or location. Sessions don't unlock or block anything on their own; they're there so players know what's happening and when.
Speakers
Attach speaker profiles to sessions — name, title, a short bio, a photo. Useful for anything with outside facilitators or leadership guest spots, so players know who they're about to hear from.
Sponsors
A simple sponsor listing — logo and name, typically shown alongside the schedule. Mostly relevant for bootcamp or conference-style Adventures with outside sponsorship involved.
In Launch Week
The in-person orientation day gets three sessions on the schedule — a welcome talk, a benefits walkthrough, and a team-lunch block — each with a room listed, so the schedule doubles as the day's printed agenda.
