Every Adventure keeps an activity log: a running record of what players and staff do inside it. It's the place to answer "did they actually do that?", "who changed this?" and "when did it happen?". It has its own page, reached from the Activity tab on the Wall. The Wall is for conversation, so the audit table no longer sits among its channels.
Two Views
- My activity — your own actions in this Adventure. Every player can open this one.
- Everyone — the whole Adventure's log, with a Player column. Only staff (GMs, NPCs and admins) see this tab.
Your own view shows your most recent 500 entries, and the Everyone view the Adventure's most recent 1,000.
What Gets Logged
Most of what happens in an Adventure leaves an entry, for example:
- Player activity — entering the Adventure, completing steps and milestones (including by QR code), challenge attempts, purchases and item pickups, achievements earned and magic codes tried (right or wrong), level-ups, encounter draws, profile readings and retakes, and Garden actions such as endorsements, gifts and help requests.
- Staff activity — edits to milestones, steps, achievements, certificates, Tabis and other content; grades, validations and A.I. reviews; enrolments and role or status changes; imports and exports; A.I. key tests; and milestone resets.
- Skipped A.I. checks — when an Open Text check couldn't run (no key, a rejected key), the log says so and why. It's often the first place to look when A.I. validation seems not to be working.
The list of actions grows as features start logging new things, so the filter is built from whatever is actually in the log.
Searching and Filtering
Each entry shows an icon, the player (on the Everyone view), the Action, the Type, the Detail, and When. Type is the kind of thing the action touched, shown by its internal name, so a milestone appears as quest. Above the table:
- Search matches the player's name, the action, the type and the detail.
- All actions is an exact filter by action, listing every action in the log with how many entries it has. Use it when free text is too loose.
- Page size — 25, 50, 100 or 250 per page, with a jump menu for long logs.
Good to Know
- Resetting a player's milestone doesn't erase their history: the log is kept, and the reset itself is written into it.
- The Stats page's time-in-app estimate is worked out from this log.
