Giving Blooms — Endorsements and Gifts

There are two distinct ways to recognise another player, and they're deliberately different from each other. Click anyone's node in the Garden to open their drawer, and you'll find both.

Award Blooms (Endorsement)

Pick a Skill, award the Blooms. This is your everyday recognition — "Maria genuinely helped me with this."

The cooldown is per person per Skill. You can endorse the same colleague for a different Skill on the same day, and you can endorse as many different people as you like.

Gift a Bloom

Gifts are the scarce version, and scarcity is the point.

Your remaining balance shows on your own profile drawer and next to the Gift button. When you run out, the button is replaced by a plain note that you're out for now.

The Gift controls carry an amber accent throughout, specifically so you never confuse a limited gift with an unlimited endorsement at a glance.

Running Out

Twenty is intended to make you think about who deserves one. Because they're finite, a gifted Bloom carries weight an endorsement doesn't — you gave up something to send it.

How gift Blooms are replenished is still being decided. Right now there's no automatic refill on a timer or from completing anything. Your Game Master can reset or top up your balance manually, and that's the only route today. When a refill rule is settled, this page will say so.

Which Should You Use?

Endorse freely — it's the low-friction way to keep recognition flowing, and the 24-hour cooldown already stops it becoming noise. Save gifts for the moments that genuinely stood out.
