Vulnerabilities are detected using automated tools, including the All-In-One WordPress Security & Firewall plugin, which runs scheduled weekly scans. Upon detection, issues are assessed, prioritized, and assigned for immediate resolution based on severity.
Post-remediation verification is conducted through follow-up scans to ensure all issues have been properly mitigated. Remediation efforts and timelines are documented for accountability and traceability.
